Job seekers have to take responsibility for their education because many empolyers no longer have the time and budget to groom new hires. Many job seekers can make themsleves more competitive by getting industy recogonized credidentials.
My Thoughts: My thoughts on this article is that teens our age are having trouble to find jobs. It is hard to find jobs our age because our economy is bad and companys are finding workers who has experience and has a good education. We have trouble looking for jobs because we have no work experiences. Companys are hiring people who has work experience but what if the canidate is hardworking and has good grades, but hires the other person who has work experience I dont think thats fair.
